Orders from The Borgia Boutique are processed withing 24-48 hours. Orders are then shipped out via USPS with tracking. Depending on size and destination, orders are shipped primarily as First Class or Priority with an expected delivery date that is less than 5 days from the day the order is shipped. Holidays and weekends may increase these times.
Shipping is only available to United States addresses.
Local Pick-Up
The Borgia Boutique offers free, local pick-up at checkout. Orders may be pick-up at Eureka Farms located at 10856 Eureka Road in Edinboro, PA. Customers will be contacted via text to coordinate available times as The Borgia Boutique does not have a storefront with business hours.
Commissions & Large Quantities
The Borgia Boutique is currently not accepting commissions at this time.
However, if you are looking to have a large candle order made for an event, you may contact [email protected]. It is asked that you include the size(s) and fragrance(s) you are looking to have made with a date you need the order by. You will be contacted regarding the availablility of supplies and the price. It may be asked that a percentage of the order be paid before production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. The Borgia Boutique feels client satisfaction is of the upmost importance and understands accidents may occur in shipping.
